Return Policy

Please read this Return Policy carefully before placing your order. We want your return experience to be clear and straightforward.

30-day return window

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the date your order is delivered.

Return transit time does not count toward this 30-day period, provided that your return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in new condition
Show no signs of wear, training or use
Be returned in its original packaging
Include all original parts, accessories and documentation
Include a completed return form with the relevant order information

All returned items are inspected before a return is approved. Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and sent back to you.

3. Hygiene Conditions

For health and hygiene reasons, items contaminated with human or animal hair, odours, stains, bodily fluids or other visible signs of use will not be accepted.

Please make sure all products are clean and securely packaged before returning them.

4. Starting a Return

A completed return form must be included inside the parcel. The form allows us to identify your order and process your request correctly.

A missing or incomplete return form may delay processing or prevent us from identifying your return.

5. Return Shipping and Responsibility

Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping eligible returns.

The returned parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it has been delivered to and acknowledged by Honor Athletics. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect, defective upon arrival or otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Return Processing

After your return has been received, please allow up to seven business days for inspection and processing.

Tracking information may show that the parcel has been delivered before you receive confirmation from us. This does not mean that your return has been overlooked.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

7. International Orders

At this time, our voluntary return program is available only for orders delivered within Canada and the United States.

Orders delivered outside Canada or the United States are not eligible for voluntary returns. This restriction does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
